Restro Hub provides a marketing and operations platform for restaurants. Our services include, but are not limited to, synchronizing business hours, managing social posts, handling online ordering, and integrating with third-party platforms like Google Business Profile to update your business listings on Google Search and Maps.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API connections that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Third-Party Integrations and Google Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services, notably Google APIs, to sync your restaurant data.
- By connecting your Google Business Profile to our platform, you grant us permission to read and manage your business information on your behalf.
- Your use of Google's services in connection with our app is also governed by Google's Terms of Service.
- We handle all third-party API data in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and the respective third party's developer policies (including the Google API Services User Data Policy).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload any content for a business or restaurant that you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to manage.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Restro Hub Technologies Inc and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Restro Hub Technologies Inc.
